Summer Camp Weekly Rate
$130 plus field trips

We are a camp that offers breakout times for Bible, Sports, Art, and Fine Arts. Students will be given the opportunity to grow both spiritually and in a variety of skills.

7am - 6pm
We are doing everything we can to give your child a safe, healthy, and fun environment this summer! Temperatures will be checked daily before entering. Hand washing is continuously encouraged. All of our activities will be in small rather than groups. We will practice social distancing at all times.
• Students will have their temperature checked at morning drop-off and routinely throughout the day.
• Toys, playground equipment, and other high-touch surfaces will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.
• Students will not share lunches, snacks, or drinks with anyone else. Water bottles are mandatory and must be labeled.
• All student groupings will be minimized to 10 students or less. Students will stay in the same group all day.
• Handwashing will be scheduled throughout the day.
• City Church Academy staff will be masked. Please Note: Masks are optional for students, and must be provided by parents.
• Parents – We strongly encourage that you do not send your children to camp if you suspect they are sick.
*If CDC guidelines change, we reserve the right to change our protocol; all families will be notified prior to a change in procedures.
Our daily camp schedule will begin at 8 am. Each camper arriving prior will remain in a mixed school-age group until their counselor comes. Social distancing practices will be in place during this 1-hour window. Campers will be assigned to a daily camp group and follow that group schedule.
Please note- this year, our camp groups will be varied in age ranges. The regular program will consist of:
• Bible time
• Chapel
• Outdoor Sports
• Outdoor Games
• Explorer Time
• Art
• Shine Time
Each group will be on a rotating schedule.
This summer’s camp season will consist of 9 weeks. All group field trips for the month of June will be located on the school campus. Each camper must have a signed parent permission slip before participating in a trip. We kindly ask that you please return permission slips to the front office on the first day of camp.
Please note- Each group will have a specific day they attend. Due to ratios and compliance standards, there will be no swapping days to attend field trips. If your camper is not in attendance on the day of, their scheduled trips, they will not be able to participate with another group. Please plan accordingly.
